We share a link to the ruling of the Supreme Court of Lithuania adopted on April 16, 2026, in which the case was examined based on the cassation appeal prepared by an attorney-at-law of the professional association of lawyers “RIDD Vilnius”.
The panel of judges of the Civil Cases Division of the Supreme Court of Lithuania stated that the violations of legal norms committed by the courts constitute a basis for annulling part of the ruling of the court of appeal appealed in cassation and transferring it to the court of appeal for re-examination.
